Writing Skills Course (1113ICT)
The 1113ICT Writing Skills course is connected to the Foundations course in the following way: if you pass 1113ICT
by the end of Semester 1, 2008 you will get a 5% bonus towards 1004ICT. You need to pass 1113ICT anyway in order to
graduate. If you pass it later in the degree you will not get the 5% towards 1004ICT. There is only one
Gold Coast lecture for 1113ICT this semester and it is scheduled in week two on Wednesday 12th March from 3-4pm
in G17 Lecture Theatre 4. This lecture will introduce you to the writing skills courses. Please note
(despite what I said on orientation day) there will
NOT be an exam during this class but there is a mock exam available on the web for you to try.
I am not the convenor of the Writing Skills course. The web site for the subject is at
1113ICT. Please contact the Writing Skills
convenor, Dr. Marilyn Ford
(m.ford@griffith.edu.au), if you have any further questions.
