C[(W) Edge grab and protect provide a possible (though unlikly) ladder breaker for Q15.

C[(W) Nice safe move by the way. Protect against a ladder to my previous move (which is why I made it - dual purpose).  Putting it at O17 would have performed the same function though and protect your corner a bit more. As it is now. I could play (later) at O17 or better as it is a bit away O18 and creep into the corner.

C[(W) I  form a small base on the upper edge. I could have gone H17 or G17 but that would have
opened for a jump by black in between latter, which would making life very difficult. if squessed from all sides.

C[(W) Good safe move, protects corner very well from intrusion. A move at G17 would have
also pressed the white group but provide less protection for corner.

C[(W) More edge grabing. I am probably to close to the corner for the initial move on this edge though. But I wanted to press that corner to try and divide your attension between the two edge groups. 
   
The question here is if you will protect your corner more, or complicate the
game and expand our lower left corner up the edge. You you jump to
high C10 to C12 you risk me jumping on the other side of the new piece.
Or forcing me to attack the corner, to be safe. To low C7 to C9 and I'll expand
down a few points to C10 or C11 to form a very small group, which will
have to attack the corner and/or expand to the middle board.

C[(W) Ok as you moved very close to me I had the choice of: corner advancement, advancing to the middle board, or working on the area below your last move. I decided on the latter with a squeese play.

Next move will be very dependant on blacks next move which could be
  1/  expand single piece to middle with move around E12
  2/  Attack with D14 or B14.  Though with space below my last move this would be wasteful at this point.
  3/  grab space below at C7, C8 the later being a squeese play back again leving me with senti.
Or better still a combination move between posibilities.

At this point the board is open to many moves.
You can protect your lower left corner, upper right, you can consolidate
at G3 or G4, attack my corner with S5 or S4, and a huge number of other
moves. It really depends on what you think would be the best move.
I myself arn't sure what to do at this point either.

I didn't move as far in as you suggested, felt I'd just be adding another vulnerable stone if 
I moved behind you in corner too far from other stones.

I suggest you ensure your group can maintain its connection as at this point it has only space for one with a posible two eyes if I don't interfer. As such it will need to link to another group.  It does not have a connection to the upper corner.
Posible moves I can see, R6 (attack, which I will have to respond to or you will S5 after, Q9 to ensure middle connection is as wide as posible, or P7, P8 or 08, to ensure middle board connection.

(W) If a stone is on its own, playing next to the lone stone is a disadvangage as the enemy will be one up on you, in this case you are up on him.

I was waiting to make this move to cut the four stones at C8 from your
group for a very long time, but kept from making it as if I did it you
could move at D8 which will mean I have to move at E9 to protect it and
than a move at D7 or E8 whould make life really difficult!

I suggest posible moves at J15 to protect also..
    G5,  H11, M13, O10, O8, M2, M5, G7, B3 (with A3 for corner protect)
PS: you make if you very lucky surround my group at C6 yet, but I would
leave that for end play.   THINK CAPTURING AREA.

a bit away.  C3 is a triangle formation which is a very clustered

walls of the terrory still need to be make only 3-4 empty areas behind
that stone is forsable.
