All papers submitted to QualIT2006 will be double blind peer reviewed. Each paper must be submitted electronically and will be allocated to at least two reviewers. Authors will receive feedback from international reviewers and if accepted, have an opportunity to resubmit their paper based on recommendations from the editors. All communication will be electronically facilitated.
Researchers are invited to submit research papers and research-in-progress papers. All full research papers and research-in-progress paper submissions must be formatted according to the paper submission template and are limited to 10 pages in length or 5000 words.
Doctoral Students are invited to participate in the Doctoral Consortium . Applicants should follow the Doctoral Consortium submission guidelines available on the Doctoral Consortium page. Submission should be formatted according to the paper submission template, but following the above referenced guidelines.
All paper submissions are due on 1 June, please using the online submission facility, available from 15 May, 2006.
Doctoral Consortium submissions must be submitted by 1 June also using the online submission facility.
Full papers and research in progress papers will be peer-reviewed (E1 Standard) by national and/or international experts. The proceedings will be published with an ISBN number and will be available to non-attendees. Doctoral Consortium submissions will also be peer-reviewed by national and/or international experts and published in the proceedings.

To facilitate the blind peer review process, please ensure that the paper you submit for review does not include the author name and affiliation, or any other identifying references or information. These are to be included only in the final camera-ready submission, due 1 September.
